We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for unworn and unused items. To initiate a return, please email us at help@ikejewelry.com with your order number within 5 days of delivery. All returns must be received at our studio within 14 days of the original delivery date.

All returned items must be in new, unworn condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not liable for lost or delayed returns, so we strongly recommend using a trackable and fully insured shipping method.
